As the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering the strategic goals of MTHC, focusing on the growth and sustainability of high-quality primary care, innovation, research, and training. You will work closely with the Board to drive MTHC's vision of being a centre of excellence for collaborative practice, clinical education, and patient-centred care. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the alignment of MTHC’s objectives with those of the University of Melbourne and its Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences.

About the role To proactively identify, secure, manage and optimise institutional funding from a range of technical donors, such as the Australian Government through DFAT and other bodies and organisations. A key objective is to create a diversified and sustainable funding base to support ongoing implementation of the RACS Global Health Strategy and Program in the Indo-Pacific region.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• • • In collaboration with the Post Sepsis Care Program Team, manage, plan and execute all operational and ongoing activities for the Post Sepsis Models of Care Consumer and Clinician Partnership Program
    • Lead aspects of the program, including, development of detailed plans for each of the 5 work packages (WP) as part of the Partnership Program, specific documentation, program meetings and other components of the program as needed.
    • Oversee and manage the planning, set up and implementation, ongoing evaluation, prioritisation, reporting and timely delivery of all operational aspects of WPs according to program plans.

Key Responsibilities Include In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and ongoing training, support and configuration of systems and processes to effectively manage the Institute's activities. Specifically, you will support two systems: 1) SPARK (system for project and research knowledge), a centralised tool for recording activities and supporting Burnet staff with applying for grants and managing their grants post-award, as well as enabling high-level reports to be generated for the Institute's leadership and 2) Burnet's Biorepository, a web application to track and store information about biospecimen use and storage within the Institute.

Your responsibilities will include: The SPM will maintain effective professional relationships with the internal project team, investigators, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors. The SPM will provide clear guidance to the project team on project specific deliverables. All activities must be conducted in accordance with project specific documentation, applicable SOPs, ICH GCP (if applicable) and applicable regulatory requirements.

In this role you will provide critical administrative support with donation processing, receipting and customer service. Working closely with the Fundraising Donor Officer, you will ensure mail donations are opened and processed in a timely and efficient manner, complete payment processing, send receipts, update donor details in the Customer Relationship Manager database, reconcile the bank statement, and provide valuable donor support for any queries.
